Space information
Hire Rate - ALL PRICES ARE GST INCLUSIVE
- Town Hall Casual Hire: $3 /per Person, Kitchen Hire: $75/use
- RTC Office: $60/per day (flat rate with maximum 8 hrs/day)
Bond
(Refundable with Terms and conditions apply)
- RTC Office bond - no alcohol allowed .........................$20
- Town Hall bond - no alcohol ......................................$300
- Town Hall bond - with alcohol ...................................$500
BYO & catering - Town hall only
Our spaces are not licensed for alcohol. You are welcome to serve cold drinks, tea, coffee and food. If you wish to have alcohol you are welcome to use a licensed caterer of your choice. If you have your own caterer providing a bar, their licence will need to be viewed before making your booking.

Cleaning
Communify works hard to provide clean, tidy venues for our hirers.
Please read the list below and follow this guide when exiting a venue.
Remember to allow time in your booking for final clean up.
- Ensure fridges are turned off (if used)
- Ensure oven master switches are off (if used)
- Ensure kitchen is left clean (if used)
- Ensure main master switch is turned off
- Check toilers are clean
- Mop floor if necessary
- Put all tables and chairs away
- Empty bins, put all rubbish in the bins located outside at the back of the hall
- Turn off all lights and air conditioners.
- Ensure all doors are securely locked.

If venues are left in an unacceptable manner a $300 cleaning bill may be forwarded to you.

What are the available function types for hiring?
Meeting; Community Service or Program; Recreation/ Sporting Activity; Education Program; Social/ Cultural Activity; Children’s Party; Dinner; Birthday (18th, 21st or Other); Wedding/Engagement; Community Event or Festival or other (please specify on the application form)
Can I inspect a venue before hiring?
Yes. To inspect a venue please email us with the name of the venue (RTC or Hall) and three preferences of a date and time that suits.
We will let you know if these times are available and organise entry instructions for you.
This request can also be completed at the Booking or Inspections Enquiry section.
How can I access the venues?
Usually with a key which is usually kept at the Mungindi Newsagency

Amendment or cancellation
Please phone (02) 6753 2392 at least 7 days before your original booking date(s).
* Bookings cancelled under 7 days incur a full hire fee.
* Bookings cancelled or amended outside of 7 days incur a $10 administration fee.
